There's not much to say, he's in, he's friendly with the most active DR members and i also got his friend, he's clean, he has a great skill battle level, even before i posted this we had a battle, i won but that was because of a single Stone Edge critical(Although i wasn't using a real team, was a troll team), and that's all. So my vote is Positive according with Sopan's Procedure.
