I have no idea why no one said anything, but you guys messed things up:

1) [DR]Kai, please note that you just can't say Negative/Positive; you have to state the reason behind your vote.

2) (DR)Bruno, I have no problem with you announcing the results, but why just copy-paste what I posted here? And isn't it pretty bad to see Gabs's name written there instead of "-Happy-"? :

Taking into mind my Time Zone (GMT +5.5; the time period would be same everywhere anyway), Bruno posted the results on Fri Nov 30 6:33 PM, whereas this thread was basically started on Wed Nov 28 8:30 PM. How can then 6 hours remain for 4 days (mind it, the time period is 3 days; the case would be worse if it were 4 days :3) to be exactly completed? Hasn't Bruno announced the results more than a day earlier?

4) And the last and the most important point: -Happy- hasn't actually overcome the test!!!! Dunno what led you to make this grave of a mistake, but see the actual results (correct me if I'm wrong):

Wasn't this quite obvious? Are the rules only for show? Hm?

I sincerely beg my apology to everyone; the confusion created by Bruno made me overlook the fact that less than 4 people other than the Clan Leader, and that the applier could thereby be accepted on the ground of Special Rule #3, as Lance voted Positive:
